Background

This object was located within Randy Ward's Cavaska briefcase, which is also cataloged in this batch file. This off-white/gray cassette tape has no logos or branding, however, as seen in the image, a hand-drawn symbol was the lone mark discovered on the cassette.

When located, the tape had no discernible audio. However, based on contents found on the Audiodrome BBS and Ward's computer, it is highly probable that it once did.

It is widely believed that magnetic fields from REDACTED removed the audio from the tape.

Furthermore, after sitting in the Field Studies Institute's Archives Division for several months, further inspection of the tape revealed Transient Media Interference, which can be heard in this file.

Procedure

This transient object was not initially retrieved by the Field Studies Institute. The tape was retrieved by the Field Studies Institute for cataloging in 1991.
